"Currently, cooperation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) is being considered for the integration of the vaccination passport. The integration of the vaccination passport with the "Ashyq" application will be implemented from July 1, 2021, " said Health Minister Alexey Tsoi.
He also noted that "ASHYQ" applications are actively used in the service sector. To date, the system covers more than 3 thousand business entities and 720 thousand residents of the country.
Ashyq is an application for registering visitors in public places. Before entering, a person scans a special QR code and presents it to the administrator.
The visitor needs to download the Ashyq mobile app on Google Play or the App Store to their phone, log in by phone number, enter the IIN and scan the QR code of the institution to register their visit. Also, when you exit, you need to scan the QR code to record your exit.
If the user does not have the app, the employee of the institution can record the user's login by entering his / her IIN into the system. Due to the integration of the mobile application with the general database of the Ministry of Health, the visitor's status is determined: whether he is currently a carrier of the virus or not.
An electronic vaccination passport is a medical history of vaccination. The document certifies the receipt of preventive vaccinations.
After receiving two doses of the coronavirus vaccine, a personal vaccination passport appears in the personal account of a citizen on the e-Government portal.
The vaccination passport displays the following data: Full name, the place of attachment of the vaccinated person, from which the vaccination was carried out, the name of the drug, the date of the first and second stages of vaccination, the dose description, the drug series, the doctor's full name, as well as observation in the post-vaccination period, information is available in three languages. To protect your personal data, viewing your passport by a third party without the owner's permission is prohibited. However, it is possible to share the document by opening access to scan the QR code for viewing the document by a third party.
Also, the electronic passport of vaccination is now available in the mobile application "eGov Mobile". It is worth noting that in digital documents, the passport is displayed only after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
