In the Almaty region, women are actively starting to realize themselves in the field of small and medium-sized businesses

As noted in the akimat ofTekeli, having completed training under the "Bastau Business" project and defended her project, Guldana Kapalova, a resident of a single-industry town, received a grant of 2 million tenge under the "Business Roadmap" program. With these funds, I purchased the necessary equipment for opening a coffee shop. Now 3 people are employed in the coffee shop "MELISSA", opened in the center of the city of Tekeli. In addition to fragrant coffee, Tekeli residents will also be able to try various confectionery products that the entrepreneur bakes herself. "In the city of Tekeli, the demand for public catering facilities and services is very high. Therefore, the number of citizens who want to become entrepreneurs and run their own business is growing. This year alone, 73 people were trained under the Bastau Business project. We have already received 7 grants, " said Turysbek Zhumadilov, Director of the Tekeli branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
According to a resident of the Uyghur district, Yulduz Turayeva, she had the ability to sew, so she decided to work in this direction. Having applied to the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs, I studied the basics of entrepreneurship under the "Bastau Business"project. Then, within the framework of the "Zhas Kasipker" program, she received a grant in the amount of 500 thousand tenge, used these funds to purchase the necessary sewing machines and opened her own workshop, which not only brings her profit, but also provides work for 7 local residents. "The products created by us are produced under the brand "Baby comfort" and under the brand "Made in Shonzhi". In addition to our district, requests are received for products that we produce from Panfilovsky, Kegensky, Raiymbek, Enbekshikazakh districts. Therefore, I would like to expand the workshop in the near future and increase the number of jobs," says Yulduz Turayeva. In her small workshop, the entrepreneur takes orders for basic necessities, such as car covers, kitchen utensils and much more. In the future, he plans to make children's clothes. In general, this year in the Almaty region, the amount of funding under the programs "Business Roadmap", "Employment Roadmap", "Enbek" and the regional program "Zhetysu" amounted to 23 billion tenge. In the first half of the year, 7.5 billion tenge was allocated, 990 tenge projects were financed, 2,750 permanent jobs were created.
