According to representatives of the company, the construction of the plant is being carried out on the territory of the Ili district. The equipment is already being installed. The first stage is planned to be completed by May and start the production of ice cream by the season of this year. The new plant will produce ice cream in cones, cups and other types. By the way, the company produces waffles for ice cream independently. A fully automated warehouse will be built and put into operation. In addition, within 2 years, 200 million tenge will be invested in the improvement of the territory adjacent to the plant and inside it. Trees will be planted, lighting will be installed, thematic small architectural forms will be installed, which will allow organizing interesting excursions to the plant for children and everyone.
According to the company's president Andrey Shin, the new production complex includes the largest and most innovative ice cream factory in the CIS, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, as well as enterprises for the production of various food products. The design capacity of the first stage of construction is 21,500 tons of products per year, and by 2024 the company plans to produce 350 tons of products per day. The total cost of the project is 33.4 billion tenge of investment funds. The plant will produce ice cream, dairy products, frozen semi-finished products, dough, various types of noodles, and will also organize a confectionery production. The factory has state-of-the-art equipment from Denmark and Germany. The company is focused on the production of such types of ice cream, which are not available on the market. Modern equipment and innovations allow us to achieve our goals. For example, an existing plant produces 36 thousand pieces of popsicle per hour.
Andrey Shin also stressed that the company accounts for 35% of the domestic market in only one segment of ice cream. Much attention is paid to the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products. By the end of 2020, Shin-Line ice cream has already taken up more than half of the total volume of ice cream imports in Belarus, the company's share in the Kyrgyz ice cream market is already more than 50%, the company's products are popular in Azerbaijan, Russia, Mongolia and China. In the near future, we plan to enter new markets, for example, the Ukrainian market.

Representatives of the company also noted that they plan to create a dairy farm. At the first stage, buy 600 heads of dairy cows, then another 1200. Today, the main activity of Shin-Line LLP is the production of ice cream, which accounts for 91% of the total production. Currently, the design capacity of the plant is 140 tons of ice cream, 60 tons of milk, 3 tons of instant noodles and 20 tons of frozen semi-finished products per day.
It is worth noting that today in the Almaty region there are 373 enterprises in the field of processing of agricultural products. In total, according to the results of 2020, food products were produced in the amount of 281.2 billion tenge with an increase of 8%.
