"Service akimat" was opened in Panfilov district

In his address to the people of Kazakhstan, head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the implementation of the concept of a "listening State", which promptly and effectively considers all constructive appeals of citizens, is a common task for all of us. In this regard, on the proposal of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty region and the akimat of Almaty region, the service akimat of Panfilov district was opened in the district center of Zharkent.

Now residents can get the necessary services in one building without having to search for each section.
The new model of work of the state body will allow the population to receive advice and assistance on socially significant issues and public services on the principle of "one window". In addition, a self-service corner in the building and a representative of the Panfilovsky District Project Office "Zhetysu – adaldyk alany" will provide residents with the necessary advice.
In the center, which operates on the principle of" Open space", 6 institutions provide 37 types of public services to the population. There is a waiting room and a small playground for children. All favorable conditions have been created in the service akimat, which provides queues in electronic form. Residents of the center, who have already started their active work, are satisfied.
Since last year, 19 service akimats have been opened in districts and cities of the region. By the end of this year, it is planned to transfer the work of all district akimats to the "OPEN SPACE" format.
