"SERVICE AKIMAT" OPENED in KEGEN DISTRICT

Last year, the head of state announced the principle of a "listening state". According to it, there should be no bureaucratic barriers in state bodies, so that citizens can directly address questions to government representatives and receive timely answers to their concerns.
This is the flagship project of the service akimat. "Service akimat" is an effective combination of the work of state bodies in the Open-space format, an integral part of which is the high quality of services based on the customer orientation of employees and the creation of comfortable conditions for citizens.
Since last year, the region has opened 17 service akimats in districts and cities. By the end of this year, it is planned to transfer the work of all district akimats to the "open space" format.
The implementation of this project gave the population the opportunity to receive public services in one building, without searching for departments located in different parts of cities and districts. For example, the service akimat of Kegen district will provide 29 state services.
In order to create a General rejection of corruption, increase citizens ' confidence in the institutions of state power and form an anti-corruption culture, the Zhetysu-adaldyk alany office operates under the Service akimat.
