As of July 16, 65 criminal cases have been initiated. That is, the work has begun, it should be actively continued. This is a very serious crime. This is actually an action aimed at undermining national security. I instruct you to create an Interdepartmental special group under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which will coordinate the work, receive and process information from public figures and the population. I also instruct to toughen and apply severe penalties to persons who allow the forgery of vaccination passports. I have already raised this issue at an expanded meeting. We are talking about the national security of the country. Therefore, actions must be adequate, " the President said.
