Since last year, regional awareness-raising headquarters have been working in all regions of the country to ensure full coverage of the population.
The Staff of the Almaty region includes more than 100 people from various fields, including public figures, honorary citizens of the region, bloggers, entrepreneurs, media representatives and civil servants. Since the beginning of this year, the Headquarters has carried out information and explanatory work in various formats throughout the region, and organized about 90 events. More than 40 materials have been published in news agencies and print media.
Since the beginning of this year, more than 50 videos have been made with the participation of IPSH members. Daily live broadcasts are held with the participation of public figures in all districts of the region.
In turn, The head of the Staff noted that the problems with corruption can not be solved in a short period of time for building the rule of law in our country. It is necessary to educate a whole generation of citizens with a qualitatively new legal consciousness.
At the meeting, the Director of the Agency's integrity Department, Ganizhan Asanuly, spoke about the projects implemented by the Agency in order to change the worldview, form an anti-corruption culture and strong immunity in society. One of the tools to ensure the openness and accessibility of civil servants to the public is the "Service akimat"project. The head of the region noted that now the level of corruption in the Almaty region has significantly decreased, active work is being done to introduce new effective methods, the work of state bodies has been strengthened, opportunities for attracting public and non-governmental organizations have been expanded, and information openness has been provided. At the same time, he noted that the preventive measures of the Republican information and educational staff give a new impetus to the fight against corruption. In General, over 10 months of 2020, more than 1,500 events were held to form an anti-corruption culture in various areas.
One of the priority factors in the fight against corruption is openness and accessibility, implemented through the opening of service akimats. Almaty region is one of the flagships in this work. to date, 16 service akimats have been opened in the region, and it is planned to open service akimats in all districts and cities of the region by the end of this year. For example, today it is planned to open a service akimat in the city of Kapshagay. The Grand opening will be held with the participation of G. Asanoi, S.Tursunzade and activists of the city.
In General, the program of preventive measures of the Staff members is full, only today it is planned to visit more than 5 objects in two cities of the region.
Following the meeting, regional akim amandyk Gabbasovich warned all heads of state bodies about strict compliance with anti-corruption legislation and gave a number of specific instructions.
