The opening ceremony was attended by deputy mayor of the city Seri Bolysbayuly, Secretary of the city maslikhat Nikolay Kalinovsky, Director of the city branch of the chamber of entrepreneurs Turysbek Zhumadilov, Chairman of the city Council of mothers Elmira Imanberdieva.
Seri Boryspil congratulated all those present on this momentous occasion.
